Is the fee refundable?

The fee secures Kokoma's time, the pre-call preparation, and the written report. Once booked, the fee is non-refundable. Reschedules within reason are accommodated.

How is the session delivered?

Privately over video call (Zoom or Google Meet — your preference). After booking, you receive a scheduling link and the intake form so the session itself is spent on diagnosis, not setup.

What's the difference between this and The Profit Room?

The Diagnostic Call is fast, direct, 1:1 analysis. The Profit Room is a 12-week group programme with weekly tasks and ongoing support. The Call diagnoses. The Profit Room implements.

How quickly can I book?

Sessions are typically available within 1 to 2 weeks of application approval. Limited slots per month protect the depth of each session.

Can I book the 45-min and upgrade later?

Yes. If a 45-min session surfaces work that needs deeper diagnosis, you can apply the fee toward a future 90-min session within 60 days.
